Baz Moffat, rowing in a composite eight preparing for the European Championships has taken her second win in the Remenham Challenge Cup at Henley Royal Regatta (the first having come in 2005).

More generally, Thames had a promising regatta with the Britannia Challenge Cup four reaching the semi final and losing to eventual winners Molesey, and strong performances by crews in the Wyfold Challenge Cup and Remenham Challenge Cup.
