Women's Head Pennant wins

Thames member Elise Laverick added another Women's Head win to her rowing resume as a member of the London/Hollandia/Thames/Marlow/UL crew, which took the title by a decisive 16 seconds over their main competition, Leander. Their final time was 18:28.27.

The Thames Novice Women captured the Novice (Club) Pennant in a time of 21:42.31. Out of a record 300 entries, the crew, racing as Thames 'D', placed156th overall. This is the 3rd time the Thames novices have won the Novice (Club) pennant in the Women's Head in the past 5 years.

Thames 'A' raced in the Senior 2 category and finished 7th in their division and 16th overall. Thames 'B', also Senior 2, placed 55th in the rankings. Thames 'C', in the Senior 3 division, finished 168th in the results.
